For years I poured everything into others — as an EMS worker, a caregiver, a partner, until there was nothing left for me. Living in a constant state of fight or flight, my mental health quietly suffered. Then came the wake-up call.

During COVID I made a radical choice: to finally put myself first. I cleared my space, changed what I kept around me, and discovered something that changed everything — the things we carry and surround ourselves with shape how we feel.

I craved soulful, intentional pieces that felt like me. When I couldn't find them, I created them.
